Ingredients

  • 6 Oreo cookies divided

  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Crush 4 Oreos into fine crumbs. Add to a microwave-safe mug with flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir to combine.
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  3. Break remaining 2 Oreos into chunks and fold into the batter.
  4. Microwave on high for 70 seconds, checking the center. Continue in 10-second increments if needed, until edges are set but the center still looks slightly underset.
  5. Let rest 1 minute before eating. Top with whipped cream or chocolate syrup if desired.
